My husband and I, during an unusually hectic week, were pouring over menu ideas in anticipation of a special and fast-approaching dinner party we were hosting. We’d decided to go Italian- -a real favorite of ours! Having recently learned that Linda had started her own company, Linda’s Italian Table, we sought out her website. We were beyond impressed by Linda’s colorful approach, menu suggestions, thorough recipe explanation and….are you ready?…..WINE PAIRING!!! Linda and I immediately began dialoging about possible Italian feasts and she provided me with fabulous ideas! I was thrilled and looking so forward to trying my hand at her recipes!

Faced with a mid-week schedule derailment, I was left to anticipate ordering take-out pizza for our guests! I dialed Linda’s number, looking both for sympathy and possible recipe short-cuts, when she offered an amazing solution…..SHE WOULD PREPARE OUR FEAST FOR US!
